How do I retrieve the crystal from my candle?
Allow wax to melt for a few minutes and use a spoon to scoop crystals out. Use lukewarm water for excess wax.
How do I track my shipment?
After your items have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This number allows you to track your shipment online and monitor its progress until it reaches its destination. Make sure to keep this tracking number handy for easy access.
What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
In the unfortunate event that your package is delayed or lost during shipping, contact the shipping company immediately. They will be able to assist you in locating your package or providing a suitable solution. Queen Pluto is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
How long will it take for my candles to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
What should I do if my candles arrive damaged?
If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. We strive to uphold high quality products, but understand unexpected events may occur. Send a photo of the damaged product along with a picture of the shipping label to our email address: queeenpluto@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Can I return a candle if I've already burned it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on candles that have been burned or used due to safety and hygiene reasons. However, if you have any issues with a burned candle, please email us at queeenpluto@gmail.com.
